- We are offering Graduate employment opportunities in the following disciplines:
- Mining Engineering;
You will be expected to work Monday – Friday dayshift roster (with the possibility to work backshifts in mining engineering when required) and you will be expected to relocate locally for the duration of the program.
About your experience:
- Right to Work status in Australia (Citizen or Permanent Resident);
- Successfully completed a relevant discipline of study at an Australian university;
- Graduated within the last 2 years (please include your transcript with your uploaded CV).
- Interest in mining or heavy industry with a desire to get unrivaled hands-on experience;
- Be prepared to complete a pre-employment medical.
About our team:
an underground longwall coal mine with an associated coal preparation plant, producing high-quality coking coal for global markets. Tahmoor Colliery is located near the scenic Southern Highlands and only a 45-minute drive to the idyllic beaches of the South Coast.
You will join our team on a 2-year fixed-term program. If you are curious, bright, confident, and keen to grow with us, then we have an exciting and challenging opportunity for you to apply your relevant studies in a practical way.
You will be based on our Tahmoor Colliery site, where you will gain exposure to our mining operations and receive supported hands-on work experience in a safe working environment. You will learn from industry experts and be valued as an integral part of the team.
